Muneera Hamed Alsharhan is an artist who specializes in jewelry, with a focus on creating contemporary and art jewelry. Muneera graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jewelry and Metalsmithing from Rhode Island School of Design in 2011. In 2012 She won the Sheriffs de Mode Award in Eclat de Mode Jewelry show in Paris. She was part of Out of Kuwait 2013 which showed in Edge of Arabia Gallery in London part of the Out of Kuwait exhibition hosted by British Council, Royal College of Arts, Contemporary Art Platform and The National Council for Culture, Art and Letters. Muneera is currently a part time teacher at Boxhill College of Kuwait in the Interior Design Department. She also continues to design and create custom jewelry and art pieces.
