Fatmah Al-Qadfan has a background in anthropology and a passion for theatre that has led to the unique field of drama therapy. She was awarded a Fulbright assistantship in 2008 and recently earned her master's degree from Kansas State University. In addition to her academic achievements, Fatmah has directed several socially relevant plays highlighting gender disparity and the role of women.
Fatmah works as a drama therapist at Fawzia Sultan Rehabilitation Institute supporting children, teens and adults. She uses the creative arts, specifically drama, to help those dealing with life's transitions.
