Fadi Adra is a Beirut-based partner at Strategy& and a member of the Public Sector practice. He has deep regional expertise in social services, human capital development, pension reform and education. Most recently, he has led client assignments covering the restructuring of the social services sector for a GCC government, and the establishment of a social innovation fund in a GCC country. In addition to his client work, Fadi leads Strategy&'s Corporate Responsibility program in the Middle East, which provides pro bono consulting services to a large number of NGOs in the region.
Fadi has authored multiple reports, including “From traditional to impact philanthropy: Creating a legacy for GCC family businesses,” “Safeguarding GCC consumers: How GCC countries can modernize their consumer protection frameworks,” “Safeguarding children in the GCC: A framework for the education sector,” and “Fit for Service government: The opportunity in the GCC’s fiscal challenge.” Fadi holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from INSEAD.
